I’ve been with Ehrlich for several years now. They are reliable and reasonable priced Their pest techs are super friendly and thorough. William Kirkland is my current tech and he pays complete attention to my concerns on my property and my busy schedule. He is super professional and responsive to texts and replies super quick, but most of all Will is courteous super friendly and makes the process easy. I have a large property with a vegetable garden and chickens. He even accounts for the wind direction when spraying. If that’s not customer service I don’t know what is. Cheri Bellamy is a terrific specialist. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. She is always happy to educate us about our home's issues and solutions, and she is openly conscious about protecting our pets while rooting out pests.
