Poor service. They do not answer the phone when you call.In addition their address is listen incorrectly ( I see other reviews referencing this so it has not been corrected) and they will penalize you for going to the wrong building and being late.
I've been w Christiana Care for 22 years. Every doctor has been knowledgable and friendly to work with. Clean facilities, the bathrooms are well maintained and pleasant waiting area.Take you on time and give plenty of time to ask questions etc.
Finding appointment is always a problem. You never get service when you need. My recent experience, I had a follow up visit because I had to be in an ER. They had one one appointment in next Friday else, next after 2 weeks. I took it even though it was not fitting my work schedule. I was 15 min late and they cancelled my appointment. I had to suffer pain though out that weekend.
