My first visit was great the Dr and staff was friendly he let you know what you need done and how he was going to do the work and they told you how much it would cost
Always great service and great staff
My experience with my previous set of dentures was very disappointing as the dentures failed and were causing extreme inconvenience and discomfort. Doctor Lanzilotti was able to quickly identify the cause behind the failure and made arrangements to have a new set made to include much needed metal reinforcement within the denture to prevent any failure going forward. He went to great lengths and was extremely meticulous with regard to ensuring the dental lab had an accurate mold based on my gums, lower teeth and jaw structure. When I visited his office after the new denture was completed he made some adjustments to them and again went to great lengths to ensure we had a proper fit as well as a proper appearance. In addition to the doctor's attention to detail, skill and excellent people skills, his staff was very professional and congenial during each of my visits. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Lanzilotti and Chestnut Hill Smiles to anyone in need of dental care!!
