Wow! I recently decided to stop covering my gray but was unhappy with the obvious transition from dark brown to gray. Then Carol stepped in to help. AMAZING! Everyone who has seen my new look uses the word "Fabulous." Not only friends and family but colleagues and people who I see only occasionally have made it a point to come tell me that my hair looks fabulous. I am convinced this incredible response to this transition was possible only due to Carol's skill and commitment to her clients. Carol Cole Salon and Spa is the best. Ever.
It was my first visit to this salon. I had a color, cut and style. The place is clean, organized and welcoming. Staff is genuinely friendly . Carol is a master stylist and gave me the best haircut I have had in years! She is a genius at cutting long layers. My color was great too! And my hair felt so soft because of the high quality coloring products they use. Suzy also did a great job with washing and treating my hair. I've found my new hair home!
I only trust Savannah with my hair. I like to keep things pretty unique with my colors, and she ALWAYS understands the assignment! I also love that she has really great style ideas for me as well. She's very creative, very helpful, and everyone there is always friendly, and welcoming. No pretense here! Just good people.I also genuinely appreciate Susie, who's actually put me to sleep with her relaxing shampoos! I recommend Carol Cole Salon & Spa to EVERYONE!
