We recently had an in-ground pool installed, and the entire experience with Blue Haven Pools exceeded expectations. From the initial consultation with Mike, to the second meeting a year later, the team was professional, communicative, and transparent about costs and timelines. The design process was collaborative, and Mike provided helpful suggestions that maximized both the function and aesthetics of our outdoor space. Our pool ultimately turned out beautiful. The expectation of completion time that was given to us was about 6 weeks from dig day. It turned out to be about 11 weeks. Due to our yearly vacation, we were not able to complete our pool til late September. We lost a whole season. Communication with the company was very lacking. Our pool salesman, Mike Hunt, is the nicest guy and is very responsive. We would recommend using them, but strongly suggest doing your homework on the whole pool building process as the company does not hold your hand.
