What a wonderful experience with Blenheim! My first encounter was with Carmen and she was amazing. Her patience, honesty and eye for details supported me throughout the process. From the first look at the model homes to the building of our customized home, Carmen and her team were actively present. The Blenheim contractors were extremely professional during walkthroughs and meticulous when it came to repairs. We received follow-up communications to ensure jobs were completed and we were always able to speak with a “human” about any concerns. The community is beautiful and the neighbors are cordial. In the sales office for Bayberry South, Carmen and Sandra were extremely helpful in making our decision to purchase in Bayberry South. Their genuine care and support through out the purchasing process made it an extremely easy and enjoyable process.
The builder did a good job. The house was not as clean as you would expect a new build. Small items needed to be adjusted around the house, and the builder did send someone to address.
We are still waiting for one issue to be fixed. One issue has been left for 10 weeks. We are currently waiting for that one last repair.
