The staff was so nice and patient. The tablet I was using to input my information on, shut down and I had to start all over again but the intake receptionist help me to start over on paper. I have a bad gag reflux and the Doctor’s assistant talked me through it which made me very comfortable and that never happened before at any Dental Office.Thank you all very much for being so professional.
100% a five star experience! Not only did they take me as a same day emergency when I wasn't even a patient there, but they worked thru lunch to make sure I was taken care of. Everyone in the office was so kind and caring and the Dentist and Dental assistant were both amazing women. They worked with me despite my rare diseases making it more challenging. I truly cant thank them enough!
I’ve been a sedation patient at Bear-Glasgow for twenty plus years. Excellent staff and always made my treatments as comfortable as possible as well as keeping me informed. Highly recommended.
