Some customers have experienced frequent calls from the appointment department, but overall, the installation process and final product are highly regarded.

Just had our tub replaced, this was the third attempt to get it right, the installer was Brian Leonard, he is by far the best. We had several problems that were not right from the start, Brian has done an excellent job.

Salesman and installer extremely professional, kind, friendly and very helpful in explaining process and options. Cost was expensive, but inline with today’s rates.
