I needed a licensed and insured contractor for a small job due to the requirements of the condo association. Raul got back to me very quickly and resolved the issue for me immediately after. He is licensed all over Delaware so I have a feeling I'm going to be using him again in the future. As a real estate investor, I have seen and worked with a lot of different contractors. Raul responded quickly, got the job done in time, and was very reasonable. If only all contractors worked like this!
I recently had a roof leak that I needed help with. Admittedly, Raul was not my first choice as I had another contractor come out before him and they just mailed it in saying I needed a new roof. I then found Raul via a Google search and he quoted me a fair price and went above and beyond in repairing my roof in several problem areas that I have had in the past. He's a great communicator as well via text message keeping me apprised of all work in progress. I will definitely turn to Raul in the future for any work needed on my house! A+++++
