TL;DR - good at their job (5 star), the absolute worst health insurance for hospitalization (-5 star)

If I was only rating the service, the attention, and the communication I would be giving 5 stars. The health insurance option for hospital coverage is attrocious and is either 1) a favor for a friend or 2) a scam. The coverage, which is the best option, only covers $75 of your visit to the ER per day. That means that if you have an accident at work and need the ER and it's worst if you have to habe surgery since none of that is not covered at all.
