Couldn't be more disappointed in a system that is supposed to be all about caring for patients in their end stage of life. Patient was dropped off at 930am, we were told a nurse would stop by within an hour to show family how to care for patient. 3pm and nobody has called, nobody has stopped by. Meds were supposed to be sent into pharmacy, nothing there. Patient is suffering and nobody will return our calls, we can't get through to speak to any nurse or provider. If you have a choice, do NOT use this company. They don't give a damn about anyone.
