I've been waste with waste management for almost 5 years, I never paid attention to the price service has always been good. One of my kids was missing a will and I still didn't say nothing about it. So 2025 2026 comes and everyone needs to pay attention to their money so I'm trying to do better with my bills and I call to figure out why I'm all of a sudden paying $80 for trash pickup, the conversation ended. Well, you know, my next bill ended up being free the one after that ended up being $7. I was told that my bill trash bill would not be no more than about 37, maybe $38. WORST and most expensive garbage service in the area. Pickup day gets delayed a lot. Recycling is every 2 weeks only and you have to pay for bulk pickup unlike other companies out there. Hard to reach customer service. And when you cancel, their gift is a $75 pickup fee. You would think that after being loyal for 5 years they would waive that. The only redeeming factor for me is that after being on hold for 40 minutes I was passed on to a very nice lady who agreed to waive the pickup fee.
I’ve had very good service from Waste Management. Our drivers are reliable and they do a great job. When you have a question about anything the customer service representatives are helpful. The company is working with recycling efforts and environmental issues which is important to me.
