“I had an amazing 1st time experience from Harmony Spa! 2 days ago, I went to Harmony Spa for my birthday. I got the Elite package which includes a 1hr massage and 45 minute facial.
I first want to talk about the FANTASTIC customer service I received from the workers. I honestly gave them so many problems from the beginning and they graciously helped me through them. I had scheduled wrong the first time and the 2nd time I scheduled my card didn’t go through. Both times, they tried to call me but with my work schedule I keep my phone on DND so they couldn’t reach me. I ended up calling them to leave a message explaining my situation. One of the workers, Kate, actually ended up texting me to communicate. The 3rd time I scheduled, Kate was right there beside me through messages making sure everything went well.
Come to the appointment day, I actually texted Kate at 1am in the morning explaining that I would actually be late to the appointment because I had another appointment before this one and I hadn’t calculated the timing of distance, totally my fault. At 7am in the morning, she texted me back letting me know that she can push back the appointment! She was so accommodating, sweet, and she even wished me a happy birthday and safe drive.
Now, I’m driving to my appointment with them. Here comes traffic, the worst. I called them about 20 minutes before my (new) appointment explaining I was in traffic and wouldn’t be there for another 30 minutes. The man I was talking to, Greg, explained that he had already planned ahead and had already pushed back the appointment a little bit because he figured traffic would be a problem. He had expressed that he just wanted me to get here safely.
When I walked in, they greeted me with smiles, some wine, and a Dubai chocolate. They kept telling me no worries and to not be upset and continued on with the appointment.
I had my massage with Jayla. She had asked me what I’d like to focus on and she really went to work! She listened to what my focus was and made sure to get out those kinks!
My facial was with, guess who? Kate! Not going to lie, the facial was the highlight because I don’t actually like facials. I feel like they never feel relaxing, I pay too much money for something little, and they don’t actually work. But this facial…. Guys it was the most relaxing thing I’ve ever felt. Hands down, this is about to be the only place I go to for facials now. Now don’t get me wrong, Harmony Spa can be pricey, but quality over quantity. I was so relaxed after my massage and facial that I had to sit down in the waiting area and drink some water before I left.
All in all, this was the best customer service I’ve experienced in my life, and the services were heavily memorable for my birthday.
Kate, Greg, and Jayla will be ppl I’ll remember everytime I go to a service, current or new. They’ve definitely left me with a smile when I tell others my experience here!”
