Ralph is the rarest of gems in the contractor industry. I've had numerous contractors hired to do various work on my house over 20 years. In that time, I can say there are only 4 I would re-hire (20%) without hesitation or concerns. Ralphs is one of them.
Why? He genuinely cares about his work quality and his customer. After 10 years I called him up and he remembered me, my house, the job he did for me. What contractor would recall this? He doesn't waste time, or give me a lot of contractor speak mumbo jumbo to justify his work. RShort just completed two bathroom renovations for us, and the rooms look gorgeous! Lou Rittenhouse did an great job, and has represented RShort very well. He is dedicated to his craft, which he exhibits through a high quality of work product. He paid attention to the smallest of details, and is an effective communicator – always kept us informed of any issues, as well as his next steps. Lou strives to do the right thing.
