Many appreciate the 24/7 hours, allowing flexibility for those with busy schedules. The gym is equipped with plenty of machines, and the friendly staff enhances the positive atmosphere. Members enjoy the generally uncrowded space and friendly front desk, though there have been some concerns regarding membership cancellation policies. Notably, one trainer stands out for his professionalism and positive attitude, making a significant impact on members' experiences. The gym is spacious with lots of equipment, and the staff is friendly and helpful. While some members wish for paid yoga classes, overall, Planet Fitness aims to promote a supportive and energetic fitness community.
For me, Planet Fitness in New Castle is a very nice fitness center, with great staff. Occasionally, from so much use, a piece of equipment needs repair but this is expected. My wife and I enjoy going there. It does not feel overcrowded as we have experienced at other locations.
Excellent staff offer Swedish massage deep tissue massages all with hot stone and essential oils very friendly staff couple Massage it's best for appointments but they do take walk-ins. They're very nice here. Very clean place comfortable and relaxing. It's best to call sometimes a really busy, but I think the staff here for the good things they do are all license with massages than one girl does cupping as well for those who need that to release excellent excellent Ppl and Massage
Love this place has a lot of new equipment to use.
