They overcharge you, for something u can do for free!!! Then promise you a 21 day max refund, only to disappoint me!!! When I call to question them about my refund after paying them $700.00 , I either get put on hold or get some b******* excuse saying they'll look into it n call me back! No call from them w a logical (or any) explanation was received!!! Save your $$$, use TurboTax!!!
