I think the language barrier is making this place lose a lot of business. I called on a Wednesday and made two appointments for 2pm and 3pm Friday and when I showed up they said they were busy and didn't have availability but the conversation was very very confusing.

Nice Massuese, But the delay with opening the door for customer, rang the bel multiple times, no answer, when I called the business, some picked up, said would open the door...but still took long. The price of $45 I was quoted for a 30 min. Massage was more then printed and handwritten on the in-house flyer. I do not like paying up front before my service, especially since it was my first time there. The ambience was bland, music from the masseuses cell phone, it was ok, but I had more professional experiences. My Massuese let me 2-3 time to either answer the door or something unrelated to my massage, was an interruption. All these things I could adjust to, but having a dry massage was the worst and I never experienced this. Dry massage meaning the Massuese did not use any oils...just gave me a massage while I'm covered with a blanket. I can't call this a massage it was a... I don't believe I will be back based on my first experience... nice Massuese, but worst massage experience I ever had, but I left a good tip$$$.

The lady who opened the door was extremely rude and unprofessional and a little hard to understand but what made me leave was the fact that I had to go to the restroom before we started and she says “oh my God” like it would’ve taken me 30 minutes to use the bathroom then she proceeds to ask me how much tip I was going to leave, I told her how much(I wasn’t cheap) and she had a look of disgust on her face and shook her head. I put my shoes on and left without even getting a massage. Don’t go here.
