I can not say enough about how thorough and professional this company is. The tech that came, Kareem, was great. Having never owned a fireplace before, he explained and showed me everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. I’m really enjoying my cozy fireplace and thank you for the excellent service. 5 stars!!

Thanks for the Prompt Service. The technician Khaleel Mahmud ,a true Professional carried out the Servicing of the fireplace very very meticulously, every removeable part was removed , cleaned and replaced. All gas components checked, cleaned, Pressures checked methodically .I put him as an asset to the company. Need more dedicated persons like him in the company. God Bless him.

Previous owner never serviced the 18 year old gas fireplace which was having some problems. FlameTech was very flexible with their scheduling, which I needed. On their visit, Bryan and Danny diagnosed the issue easily and were able to not only fix it, but also do a full (18 year!) cleaning and servicing on the spot. They couldn't have been more capable or pleasant, and I'm thrilled I didn't have to take the time for a second visit. We'll have FlameTech keep us running every year.
