“I have taken the refresher course every three years and each time I have enjoyed it. I have gained information from the course every single time. What’s more I absolutely love the way the D Team presents the material. I wish every single driver on the road (in all states not just Delaware) took this course. Driving is a privilege not a right and should not be taken for granted or done without respect.
