Cochran Oil & Propane is a reliable and honest business that provides good service at a fair price. They offer emergency services, even on Sundays, which was greatly appreciated by one customer when they discovered their oil tank was empty during freezing temperatures. The company went above and beyond to ensure the family stayed warm, with one of the owners coming out to perform the service. They are recommended for homes that need propane or oil services, and are praised for their exceptional and caring approach.
Our house ran out of heating oil before this upcoming snowstorm - we called about 9 different oil companies, asking if they were able to do a delivery on short notice for a new customer. They all said they were booked out through Monday, which I totally get with the snowstorm.
We called Cochran, and Vicky couldn’t have been more receptive or understanding - she said they would send someone out by the end of the next day, and by the time I got home, we had a full tank with a receipt on the door.
Thank you, Cochran Oil, for your responsiveness in making sure we had heat and hot water through this storm! Couldn’t recommend more!
Excellent customer service! I called 8 AM and Cochrane had a delivery driver at my house within 2 1/2 hours. I will Continue to use Cochran Oil as I have been for years. This is how customer service should be. Thank you so much, Cochran Oil!!
Cochran Oil continuously provides some of the WORST customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered… today’s episode was courtesy of ROBIN, who’s attitude came off as wretched and miserable from the moment she answered my call… I explained to her that I had just recently (literally a few days ago) sold my house to a family member and moved out of state for a job opportunity, but I had forgotten to call to update the billing and subsequently was just billed for auto-refill and was looking to update the method of payment.
