I have a lot of experience with emergency pet hospitals in the area. Blue Pearl Christiana is the best by far! They are professional AND caring! Can't recommend these people enough! After my cat was deemed stable, he was able to wait wth me while waiting to be seen. I have been to ER hospitals where your pet is taken for hours while you wait and worry! Constant communication during your wait... BIG difference!
My pup has a heart condition and had some breathing difficulty requiring an overnight stay. From the time I called to say I was coming until the discharge instruction, everyone was kind and understanding. The Dr. spent time on the phone answering all my questions while not making me feel rushed. Never did I feel pressured into treatments and was offered choices for care.my little guy was brought back to baseline and we brought him home very happy?
Wow! These guys were awesome! We came in here with a ripped out nail, blood everywhere. The staff was very kind and helpful, they kept me informed and moved very quick! I was impressed! Thank you guys again for everything!!
