I cant say enough about how WONDERFUL our experience was with Blue Pearl. Our dog was showing some signs concerning to us, when I called they said right away to bring her in. In a matter of an hour, we had a diagnosis and a plan. She came back for surgery the next day, very thoroughly explained the condition, what to expect after surgery, and medications. There were even a couple time after that I called with questions and a surgeon got back to me quickly with answers. Every single employee was so kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. We can't thank you enough for saving Jasmine's life. Because of all of you, we get to spend many more years with our girl.
We can't thank Blue Pearl enough for the care it gave our mini poodle Teddy when he has a serious virus. They took great care of him and he is on the path to recovery! You can tell the people at Blue Pearl care about what they are doing and always are caring even when in the most stressful of situations. Thanks Again!
We had to take out 14 1/2 y.o. chocolate lab(Meadow) here very late at night when it became difficult for her to breathe. Since she was in respiratory distress they saw her right away. They assessed her and made her more comfortable quickly. They came and presented us with her options and unfortunately we determined it was best for her to put her down as recovery at her stage was very unlikely. It was not how we wanted it to turn out but they were extremely kind and compassionate with us and our long time family friend. They handled things graciously and respectfully.
