I recently had a dryer that needed repair and they were prompt, returning my call even on a Saturday, courteous, setting up the next available appointment, and John was very friendly and knowledgeable when he arrived. He took the time to explain the repair and I am very happy with the service!

I have used Stand service for some years now and they are the absolute best!!!!! Extremely professional, so attentive and knowledgeable and John is so pleasant, a master ar his craft sfter 41 years love when he explains things and has once advised against repairing my dryer for safety reasons, when I expksined to the people at Lowes they said “ well if John said so its true “!
