Excellent communication, friendly and courteous staff. John was knowledgeable about LG appliances, diagnosed and repaired the washer at first visit with the proper replacement part and explained the issue well. Aside from what seems to be a steep price, very pleased with the entire repair experience.

Diagnosed immediately
Gave us multiple options for repair.
Even told us where to buy parts if we DIY. Well worth the diagnosis fee. (which was less than others, higher than some).
The tech even put on little booties and brought his own rug. He was cleaner than my laundry room.
Edit: oh yeah, also the rest of the office staff is great too.

Excellent work ethic!!! A few times that I use this company because I hate to throw out appliances and they were able to find the solution and fix the problem. They are 100% recommended.
