Sharon was absolutely amazing! We had an unexpected blockage that was causing backup throughout the entire house. On a late Sunday evening I was unable to get any local company to come out to service us. Sharon was incredibly educated and provided flawless customer service while assisting us with a solution. Friends recommended calling Brittingham Septic Service for a problem with my septic system. I had a clog and the septic tanks needed to be pumped out. Jim was outstanding, explaining the operation of the system and what we can do to extend the life of our system. It is rare to find service people who care so much about their customers but I won't call anyone else for servicing in the future.Service: Sewer repair

I called Brittingham when the company that has serviced the system before couldn’t come out until a week later. I was able to make an appointment with these folks for the very next day. Jim came out and talked me through everything he was doing. It was discovered that the previous company who pumped the tanks did not do so correctly which caused sediment to travel into the last tank, through the pump, and into the drain field causing clogs in the drain field. Jim finished the pump out and came back the next day to flush the drain field.
