You are given attention and concern for your recovery. The staff is very professional and educated along with being compassionate and kind.
From the time you walk in the atmosphere is welcoming starting with Jen sitting at the front desk. She is always smiling, friendly and confident. Angela took me from my comfort zone and helped me bloom into a beautiful flower. Steve made me feel safe, secure and helped me to relax. Mindy who I feel is my encourager, my own personal cheerleader. Tina is so patient and helped me calm my fears. Another patient by the name of Ms. Shirley is my therapy buddy. I wish I could have came here after my stroke happened. I feel like I have more quality of life since I started coming to therapy.
Have been a patient at Phoenix for a few months. I actually look forward to attending these appointments. The staff at the millsboro location always has such a positive attitude even on the days that I am not doing my best. Highly recommend!!
