I was hesitant to use them because of all the bad reviews I read, but they are close to my house so I have them a shot. I needed a pair of pants hemmed, they did a good job with them. My only complaint is they weren't ready the day they said they would be and they didn't notify me
I've been using Moon cleaners for 3 years and find they are top notch. I've had alterations, dry cleaning and my regular weekly laundry done and have never had an issue. I'm a happy customer!!!
I am surprised by the negative reviews. Twice i had urgent turnaround and they delivered when they said they would and delivered great quality. They are also very nice. Who cares if you pay up front? You're going to pay anyway. I almost avoided using them because of the bad reviews. I have high expectations and they were met.
