I have used RCG services in Milford several times over the last 10 years for my personal Laptop and Desktop needs. They have been professional, friendly and always successful at resolving my issues. I walked in cold turkey asked for RB 174 coaxial cable. Technician interpreted my layman description of requirements an purpose for the cabling. They didn't have exact cable but dug through their storage area an provided me with 2 different cables to experiment with. Thank You Responce Computer, I'm able to complete my project today instead of ordering online an waiting shipment!

Technical expertise with friendly and courteous service. Thanks to Pat, my new system was promptly set up and ready to go with ZERO aggravation on my part. He made sure I had all the info I needed to get to work right away and answered my questions, even the ones I didn't think of. Also good to know that I can get an online support session if I need it - super safety net.
