Set up appointment, & went to other stores til appt. Got a message 15 minutes before appt. time. Walked in & went straight to chair got cut & left. Good system to keep place moving smoothly without back up.

Not sure the name (forgot)? of the stylist, but she went above and beyond her styling hair duties, I had a issue that she instantly took care of while visiting and she knew just what to do because of her back ground in caring for people, and a great job, I call it cutting my hair, a fantastic visit all the way around. Thank you.
