My wife and I had three different businesses evaluate our floors and provide us with quotes to get the job completed; our experience with Downs Hardwood was great, right from the initial contact at our home, and they worked with our schedule, taking care of the job while we were away for a few days...what a nice surprise, to find the beautiful results of their professional treatment of our old floors, bringing them back to life, and then some. In addition, our interactions throughout the process were positive and informative....we're very happy, and would certainly recommend their business for your wood floors!
