The service is fast and reliable, I never had a problem with getting my clothes wash and dry clean. The manager and supervisor are very polite and professional. Wash day middle town is the place to bring your clothes to get service.
First time customer here and was very apprehensive about leaving my clothes. The manager Chelsea assured me that my clothes (work clothes, dress pants, blouses etc..) would be handled with care and would be ready by the next day after work. I was so impressed with how well my clothes were cleaned and returned to me! I’m so happy I listened to Chelsea and trusted her, Wash Day has another satisfied customer!
"I've been using this laundry service for the past two years, and my overall experience has been 3 stars. When I first started using them, I was quite satisfied. The clothes had a pleasant fragrance, were thoroughly pressed, and were ready in a timely manner. There were a few minor issues, such as occasional marks left below the pockets of my pants and the need to request medium starch for my work shirts, but the quality was generally around 4 out of 5 stars.However, over time, the service has declined significantly.
