I love Middletown Vet and The Pet and Resort Spa. They are always one text or email away. Jerami's needs are always met. The staff are nice. They make this 1st time dog mama comfortable when Google makes me think the worse. They are highly recommended.
We know that the vet world is a touch place to work in. Many vets come and go also the techs and front staff. I have to give a huge Thank You to Kayla Letterman and Dr Jackson and Dr Coleman. I saw a certain vet for over 10 yrs and was afraid that a new vet would not know my children. I didn't want to start over. I did. Thanks to Kayla. She reassured me that the new vets I would be seeing would be a perfect match. My Ivy girl was diagnosed with Cushing's. Dr Jackson and Coleman have stayed on top of her symptoms and adjusted her medication appropriately. They deserve this review. This is a great veterinary hospital that not only treats cats and dogs but also exotic animals such as birds. The staff is very friendly and compassionate. I had an office visit for my parakeet who was suffering with pretty bad tumors. A few options were offered for her care, but she was just too sick to carry on. Although my heart broke because of this, Dr. Rose and the veterinary staff made sure my parakeet was humanly and peacefully euthanized. I would definitely recommend this veterinarian for any animal you have.
