Hoffmans treated a yellow jackets nest located under the eaves high on the back of our house above the corner of a deck area. They responded the day after my request which was appreciated.
They quoted two prices based on the height of the ladder required to access the nest. After the technician surveyed the location, he quoted the higher price assuming use of a long ladder from the ground, which I agreed to. But then, the he proceeded to use a short ladder from the deck. I did not know this until after the treatment was done. The technician made no adjustment to the initially agreed higher price. The technician Paris was polite and professional and as of right now it appears the treatment he applied for yellow jackets has taken care of the infestation. I would definitely recommend Hoffman’s and will use them in the future.

They where able to provide service the day I called with a yellow jacket issue in my yard. I don't expect a business to respond the same day but I am happy they could fit us into the schedule. I did not meet the exterminator personally but I was told he was professional and polite.
Thank you for your help and I plan to hire your company again in the future.
