They are very friendly but 50/50 whether you will walk out the haircut you requested. I even had a photo but not even close, about 1 1/2 too short, no layers and ask 3x for hair to be angled from my cheek bones to frame face told it was done. She just left a little longer so when it dried it would hit the target. Not even close.
Wonderful I took my mother who is in her journey of Alzheimer and my special needs younger sister in and they were really great dealing with them and talking to them thank you for treating them like humans
