I had a great experience at Firestone. The staff was professional, courteous, and took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle instead of rushing through it. They explained what they were checking, answered my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I appreciated that they took my concerns seriously and were transparent about their findings without making me feel pressured into repairs. It’s refreshing to find a shop that values honesty and customer service. Thank you to the team for taking good care of my car!

The service quality the people that you deal with, how they help you and keep you informed. I say that Firestone coming to Middletown was the best thing that could’ve happened to Middletown. I worked with Marcus and Dan and both of them were incredible. Damn was very informative and helped get my account straightened out. Keep up the good work.
