Thanks to Jeff and Dylan for making sure my tire was replaced. I caught a flat while traveling from VA to upstate NY. And I stopped to get a tire. Even though they were booked, I was happy they were able to help me. They provided great service and got me on the road under 30 minutes.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Firestone. Saturday afternoon I found a screw in my tire (?) and went online to schedule an appointment, but however my time was at 6:00 when they closed. They called me & said I could drop my car off Sunday morning and they would look at it and fix it for me. Sunday morning drop off was complete and about an hour later Dylan told me they would have to replace the tire. All of my options were walked through with me so I could understand the process of replacing my tires and all of my questions were answered so I could fully understand. Was disappointed today needed a spark plug replaced but they wouldn't do it. I had the plug but they needed to sell me their own over priced plug to do the work WTF smh will remember this before deciding to come back
