They were perfect. Wish I could give more stars. Pricing was fair and true to their website. When I wanted to extend 2 extra days it wasn’t an issue at all, and then when we got hit with a pending snow storm and switched it to being picked up early they were happy to help and gave me zero issues. Customer service was top notch all around. Can’t wait to need them again cause I already know who to call.

We rented their 20 yard dumpster because we liked how it was 5 foot tall and only 16 feet long compared to most others that are shorter and longer. It was easier to keep things below the top when packing it. Their cost is better than others in our area and included 2 tons and 10 days. Very good communication on phone calls. Prompt delivery and placement exactly where I asked them to. They even delivered day earlier, but called first to ask if they could.

I don't often have a need for a dumpster, but I couldn't be more happy with the Delaware Dumpster team. The ease of setting up the rental online was very convenient and their communication about drop off and pick up left me with no concerns about when things were going to happen. During the drop off process, the driver assessed the area where I was placing the dumpster and ensured that I would be able to access the door before he set it down. Seems like a small thing, but it was very helpful.
