I called her around 6:00 pm on Thursday in a bit of a panic—my parents’ house in Hockessin is going on the market after a full interior redo and it was extremely dusty. Carolina met me Friday morning (before I headed back home to VA) and then came back to do the full clean today, Saturday. She texted me throughout the cleaning and even sent me videos. My contractor was there later today and said the house looks absolutely incredible. Carolina was responsive, flexible, professional, and went above and beyond.
