“Full roof replacement in Delmar, DE. The crew that was on the job were wonderful. Arrived when they said they'd be here and got right to the task. It was lot of roof space to cover and they worked until after 7:30 to get most of it done before the rain came that night. They were back out the next morning to finish up. Billy Jack was very attentive and kept the process going smoothly! Everything was cleaned up nicely. Kudos to the construction team!“

“Outdoor Coastal Living basically built our deck extension in one day. They were tireless workers. From 8:00am to 6:30 pm got the whole project done perfectly except one railing section. We couldn't believe it. Their work was absolutely perfect.
The second day everything was completed again perfectly.
We had one hiccup at the end . It was discovered that the workers who set the 6x6 footing posts cut a sprinkler line.
Dave the supervisor stayed on with his crew until our irrigation man arrived. Dave's crew took what needed to be removed so the irrigation company could get under neath and fix the problem. Everything turned out perfect as Dave's crew replaced what was removed after the irrigation repair was complete.
We couldn't have asked for a better company standing behind a small error made in the irrigation system as they stayed on until everything was perfect again.
I can't say enough for the company. Great work in a very timely manner and working with the owner Patrick Speese was a pleasure. If you are looking for deck work you can't do better than Patrick Speese and Coastal outdoor living.

“Let me start by saying that I give a good rating not because of the construction company anything did. We had several glitches due to the manufacturer of our front door entranceway that caused large delays and multiple trips for us to Delaware (we are not fulltime resident) to complete everything. Our frustration was shared by Anatoly who perservered throughout and adapted to what the Masonite company presented. He kept us informed of what was happening. His work is good and his price was very competitive. Despite the frequent setbacks caused by Masonite I would still recommend Solid Construction for any work. I would recommend shying away from Masonite products due to very poor customer service.“
