2 years ago we had One Call replace 3 windows because of leakage in 2 of them. There was a lot of surrounding wood in the walls removed and replaced because of the leak.
After 2 years we had a leak in one of the windows. James had his crew come out and remove all the siding from the wall. He said everything that they had done was correct and not the problem. He stayed on top of it, and had the window people check it out. The windows had faulty caulk that was installed at the factory. The Andersen rep fixed the problem.
James and his crew did excellent work from the beginning, and he kept me informed on all he was doing to get the faulty window fixed.
