Joann Glussich eats, sleeps, and delivers successful real estate transactions! Joann listens to your needs. She’s an expert and only shows you the homes that suit your interests. Also, Joann and her staff are expert problem preventers and expert problem solvers. I myself sold real estate for 5 years in another state and I do not exaggerate here. After we had our first day out seeing homes with Joann, I said to my wife “I think we have the best Realtor in Delaware working for us.”

Working with Joann was/is a positive experience in every aspect! I have worked with Joann on my last 4 real estate transactions. Joann has ALWAYS gone above and beyond her duties for me with every transaction. Most recently I contacted Joann to help me help my Parents relocate to an area close to me in Lewes DE. This was nothing short of a monumental task to say the least. The market was on fire, there was a “shortage” of inventory to choose from, my parents were 4 hours away AND we were in the height of the Pandemic.
