As a pediatrician, I can recommend this location full heartedly. After Beebee ER discharged my daughter with croup (against my advocacy), I went here to seek further assistance noting she was still in respiratory distress. They quickly escalated the situation after noting she was in distress, and we got transferred to Nemours/admitted. While the other facilities around don’t know Peds at all (story for another time) - I did feel confident in this facility’s medical judgment.
We scheduled an appointment online, the online check in process was so easy and left nothing for us to do when we got in, we waited less than 5 minutes in the lobby, and the nurses and doctors were wonderful with my daughter (6) who was VERY upset about being there
Had to bring my child in for suspected strep while on vacation. Dr. Albanese and the entire staff (front desk, nurses, med assts, everyone in that building) were so incredibly kind, prompt and helpful. We secured an appointment online quickly and were also in and out quickly. We did end up needing a medication, which was sent to the pharmacy promptly as well. 10/10, would come back in an instant (but also, hope we don’t have to 😆).
