I've had activ for a couple years now and they always take such great care of my home. Whenever I have a problem they come out until it is fixed. I am normally at work and don't see them or cant talk but today I was home when Alpha came out to do my service. He was not only kind but very thorough. He was so patient with me and let me take out my dog before he started. He was very thorough with getting all the webs around my house. He even took the time to explain to me what was going on in my crawlspace and he fixed the entrance doors for me, making sure they are on track so nothing else gets in.
