Our technician, Craig, was outstanding. He arrived promptly to perform our winter service on our HVAC. He was very thorough making sure the system was working at top performance. He was very open to answering question while servicing the system. Would high recommend Compass for all your HVAC needs. Great people make great companies, Compass is certainly one of them. Compass listened to the problem that I was having and scheduled a service call the next day to address it. The technician was knowledgable and spoke about what he did and the continued maintenance on our heating system.
Craig and Mike were so thorough, professional and personable on site. Also the call center woman are very receptive and efficient - I feel like they go above and beyond their job to make you feel heard - gr8 company!!!
