Professionalism and kindness. Great place to relax and the staff actually remembers who you are and the conversations you've had prior. Nails look great and not ol boy the pedi's are wonderful!

When I walked in I was asked if I had a reservation. It took me aback because the whole place was empty. The woman who did my pedicure was friendly and did a nice job. I just had a basic and it was fine. I would go back.

I moved to Harrington a couple years ago and i was worried that I'd have to drive all the way to Dover to get my nails done the way i like. Needless to say, i tried Kim's and loved it. They do an awesome job, everyone's very nice, the prices are great, and I've never had to wait more than 10 min. On top of everything else, i absolutely love the lil dog that greets u when u come in!
