We have been a customer of Hyett for over 15 years. They recently changed ownership and it has made a 180 degree change in - customer service, competency of technicians and all around service. We have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.
Kathy and team are very professional. Josh & Wayne have fixed my HVAC a couple times this past spring & summer. Very prompt and transparent. Will consider them when the time comes to replace my system.
Very modern and responsive company. They use text messages to keep you updated and make appointments, which I love. They also were fast to schedule my appointment as my air conditioning was out. This was my first opportunity to work with them, They resolve my issue. Emailed me a bill and my air conditioner has been working great ever since.
