In 2013 Yoder & Sons built our home , 300 Sandalwood St , in downtown Rehoboth Beach. From planning to completion the build was seamless. Jay Yoder built us a home that was the highest quality at an affordable price. He communicated regularly, followed through on plans, and showed a high level of integrity and honesty throughout. We cares about his product and is very hands one throughout the process and after the sale.
We always said that our Yoder&Sons home was built like a piece of art. The best builder, out of four, that we have ever had. Thank you Jay Yoder!!

Yoder & Sons (Y&S) built our custom home in RB. Overall, we are very happy with our home and Y&S as our builder. Importantly, Y&S uses many people in the trades that take pride in their workmanship (cabinetry, tile work, finishing work, masonry, etc). We were also blessed with a project manager that was very responsive. We decided on several upgrades (change orders) during the building process and we were accommodated on all of them. Many builders charge a fee for change orders plus the additional cost for the change. My wife and I had no idea who to turn to when we decided to build a home in Bethany Beach, DE. We happened upon Jay Yoder and are forever grateful we did. We found Jay to be easy to work with, honest, very helpful with layout and design, and patient. His craftsmen are top of the line, from carpenters to electricians to flooring installers. All his workers are highly skilled and willing to communicate. Our home turned out even better than we expected and passers by frequently comment on how much they like it. In fact, we have been approached to feature our home on the Bethany Beach Home Tour next year. I have no hesitancy in giving Yoder and Sons my highest recommendation.
