It started with getting a second opinion after another company... one of those national companies that try to look local... literally shut our system down and told us we needed to replace it or turn it back on at our own peril. (Yikes! )
Jim came out and discovered that the problem part was covered under warranty. They replaced the part and it got us through the harshest of winters. He gave us perfect advice to manage our aging system and said when WE were ready to replace it, they would be happy to help us.
This week, after making a plan to move forward, Jim and his awesome team did a masterful job of replacing our furnace, air conditioner, and hot water heater... all in one short day and with minimal interference to our lives.
I've always believed that it's easy to be good at your job. Just do what's right, and they did. They just did their jobs with courtesy, care, and pride. It's not easy, though, to respond well to problems when they arise, or to go above and beyond what is expected. They also checked the operation of our attic fan, and they identified a problem with one of our smoke detectors. The only problem we had after the installation was that the rolling shelf no longer fit in the area. What did they do? They came back out within hours after I let them know, and restructured the pipes so it would fit again. No problem at all for this consummate group of professionals.”
