Kyle, Robert and the crew did a fantastic job. Kyle gave the quote and Robbie ran the wonderful, extremely hard working, dedicated to quality crew. The price was seriously, almost exactly the sa.e as another bid but I personally knew the character of Robbie so went the Grand Exteriors. They did a fantastic job protecting our many deep flower beds surroundingthe house.The craftsmanship was excellent. They found just a few bad spots that we had no idea were even there and quickly and seamlessly replaced with new plywood. The clean up was flawless, especially considering the amount of roofing. We had a great experience with our recent roof replacement by Grand Exteriors. The team was professional, followed through with all their promises, and completed the work exactly as promised and on time. The entire process was smooth and we had no problems from start to finish. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.
I reside at Bayview Landing & we just recently had our roof replaced by Grand Exteriors. Both Kyle & Rob , along with his team did an Excellent job.
