We were pleased with the quality of construction and the experience of working with the team. From planning, design, onsite construction and finishing to post move in support they have been great to work with. They operate as a builder and general contractor working with the County on permitting, organized the demo of an existing building and built a garage onsite.
We had an incredible experience with Beracah Homes! David Lambrose and Kim were both fantastic to work with… they were knowledgeable, patient, and creative. Barry, our field supervisor, kept us well-informed throughout the entire process and consistently went above and beyond. We absolutely love our Gumboro model and would highly recommend Beracah to anyone looking to build a home!!
After carefully researching several builders in the area, we chose Beracah for our new home and moved in during December 2022. Now, two years later, I can confidently say we would choose them again without hesitation.
The team was exceptional throughout the entire process. Our sales rep David was able to start the process quickly. Mary's design expertise helped us make confident decisions that we still love today. Our site manager Chad was invaluable - his experience and careful oversight ensured we moved in before the holidays as promised.
