Driver just left my house on a Saturday nite, January 4 at 8:45. They were supposed to deliver earlier today but the original driver had an emergency. We rescheduled for tomorrow but something went wrong with a ticket for tomorrow and one of the drivers said not to worry about it, he would deliver tonite. I don't know his name but he was driver #10880 in truck #PT231. Tho our tank wasn't completely empty, he came to the door to see if we needed help to start it if it needed restarting. Because of him and the help of the after hours on call person who took the call, I give them a 5 star rating. Customer service like that deserves recognition and appreciation.... read full review

How do they not get more stars? They're customer service is fantastic! We've had great experiences with Pep Up; estimates, installs and filling. Five stars all day long!

Smelled a leak from my tank, called Pep up (my propane provider) and they were out within a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. I have been very satisfied with their service department and propane prices......hope the new owner does not change things!
