My name is Bill Cannon, I own Bill Cannon's Garage Inc. in Selbyville De. Robert, owner of Mr. Sunroom have been customers of the garage and you know what they say about mixing business you will always have a mess. THAT IS NOT TRUE IF YOUR HONEST. My wife and I live in Bishopville MD and my wife wanted a screened in porch and I wanted to Hardscape my fronts of my house and the ground. Robert came down gave me a quote the end of October and he would be done before the end of the year. We signed the professional contract and Mr. Sunroom, Robert went right to work. The yard was always clean when they left and everything or organized and laid out and worked perfectly everyday for forty five days. Being Mr Sunroom, Robert was working on the backside of the house where our pool and original deck was, he rebuilt and converted the deck we had built when the house was new. Robert moved along every day and made progress every time I come home I could see the end getting nearer and nearer. After he was done with the screened in porch which was absolutely exactly what we expected the hard scape people came in and made the house look updated and just added the cherry on top. My wife and I could not have been more satisfied with the integrity of work and the attention to every detail was near perfect. From the beginning to the end the job was flawless and really made a huge difference in our home. Now we can enjoy the beautiful NO MAINTENANCE screen in porch that never needs staining and will most likely be the place we eat more often the the family kitchen. I already have a stainless still grill ready to barbecue and steam crabs all summer into fall. We are very particular and picky people to please because I am a professional and hate to give any of my customers less than perfection. I can assure you if your civil and smart, the next time you need any type of upgrades for your home, call Mr. Sunroom, Robert because he is the perfection your looking for and you get it.

Bob and team came up with some great ideas to work around those challenges and produced an amazing addition. Bob helped us navigate through all the HOA rules and coordinated with the property management where necessary. He helped us understand all the confusing processes. After careful discussions and listening to all our requirements and specifications, Bob designed a completely custom enclosure that will allow us years of enjoyment. Towards the end of the project, we ran out of time before the "rental season" began due to shipping delays, etc. Bob came up with a great way to "complete" the project with minimal impact to our summer tenants. Later we decided to rework some of the original design. Bob and team finished everything and we now have a comfortable and user friendly space with huge windows and a spectacular view of the Indian River bay. The quality of the materials used and the craftmanship is A++ and built to last a generation. I have and will continue to enthusiastically recommend Mr. Sunroom.
